You can help research into

Parkinson's !!

Taking part in a distributed computing programme, you can help research into Parkinson's by allowing your computer to run a small application in the background whenever it is switched on. It does not cost you any money and by joining the network of other computers around the world, you can help researchers calculate highly complex equations that could aid Parkinson's treatment.

There are many such programmes available, but this is the only one I have found which directly researches Parkinson's. Please consider taking part, as you may well contribute to finding new treatments.
